Project Introduction Call/Zoom (30 minutes)
If this is our first time working together, I offer a free 30-minute call or Zoom meeting so you can introduce me to your project and yourself. This gives us a chance to see if we're a good fit for one another and helps me give you an accurate quote if we decide to proceed together.

Sample Edit (1,000 words)
I'll do a free sample edit of approximately 1,000 words of your manuscript. This gives you a chance to see if I'm the best fit for you and allows me to provide a more accurate quote if we decide to work together.

Copy/Line Editing
In copy or line editing, I'll correct not only grammar and spelling issues, but I'll also make suggestions to improve word choice, flow of the writing, and correct inconsistencies.

The last step in getting your writing ready to publish, I'll correct any spelling, grammar, and syntax errors that snuck through earlier rounds of editing.

Beta Reading
Before your manuscript goes to an editor, I'll read it and give you a brief report of big-picture issues I noticed. In other words, I'll give you feedback about how your book "feels" for a reader.

Sensitivity Reading for Mental Health
If you've written characters who experience mental illness, I'll read your manuscript (or the portions of it describing the mental health issues) to ensure you've used modern, sensitive, inclusive language regarding the mental illness.

Send me your current resume, and I'll reformat and rewrite it to ensure it catches the eye of busy recruiters and/or AI screening bots!
